Nidhi Reva, MPH, PA-C

Nidhi Reva, MPH, PA-C, is a physician assistant, educator, and health and wellness entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience across women’s health, integrative medicine, and patient education.

She is the founder and managing director of Nested LLC, where she has built childbirth education, newborn care, CPR certification, and practical health education programs for families in the Washington, DC metro area.

Nidhi also leads annual medical mission trips to Ecuador through Project Nido, helping provide gynecologic care, cervical cancer screening, health education, and preventive services in underserved communities.

Her clinical interests include women’s health, chronic illness, neuroinflammation, post-viral conditions, and making health information more accessible and actionable in everyday life.

Across all of her work, she centers empathy, presence, and patient empowerment while helping patients advocate for their own health at every stage of life.
