Elizabeth Pigga, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in fertility medicine and women’s health. Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2018, and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University in 2023.

Prior to joining Anna Health, Elizabeth worked as a PA in the Emergency Department at Virginia Hospital Center (VHC) in Arlington, Virginia. She cared for patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions. This experience strengthened her clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to provide compassionate care during some of the most stressful moments in a patient’s healthcare journey.

Elizabeth's interest in women's health grew from her experience working in another fertility clinic, where she gained extensive experience in fertility care and helping couples on their journey to conceive. She is passionate about supporting patients throughout their reproductive health journey. Her clinical interests include fertility testing and treatment, PMOS, and comprehensive women’s health.

Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth enjoys pottery, pilates, and spending time with her dog, Remy.
