Who may consider IUI
IUI may be considered for some cases of unexplained infertility, ovulation problems, cervical factors, sperm-delivery problems, or donor-sperm treatment. It is not the right option for every diagnosis. Your clinician reviews testing, age, history, and goals before recommending it.
What your care may include

Preparing for an IUI cycle
Bring previous fertility results and information about treatments you have tried. Ask how monitoring visits and sample collection will be arranged, which costs are separate, and who to contact if your availability changes. Use the instructions provided for your own cycle rather than a schedule from someone else.
